We do offer exchange facility under specific conditions.
✅ Exchange Conditions:
Unboxing video is mandatory (clear & continuous from opening the package).
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
A proper and valid reason is required for exchange (size issue, damaged item, wrong product, etc.).
Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
